You will be part of a busy and energetic Customer Support team supporting our field-based maintenance service engineers, and be responsible for a range of key customer facing and supplier facing admin tasks.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Excel to Advanced level
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- 2 years’ experience in an accounting support or administration role
- Experience of using COINs or another accounts system
- Business administration
- Organised and able to priorities work
Desirable:
- Quote preparation
- Billing or invoicing
- Previous experience in a Security Sector

- Team player
- Ability to multitask
- To be able to work against deadlines
