We have an exciting full-time Administrator opportunity based at our Bracknell HQ office to join the Service Desk customer support team.

You will be part of a busy and energetic Customer Support team supporting our field-based maintenance service engineers, and be responsible for a range of key customer facing and supplier facing admin tasks.

Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Excel to Advanced level
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • 2 years’ experience in an accounting support or administration role
  • Experience of using COINs or another accounts system
  • Business administration
  • Organised and able to priorities work
  • Quote preparation
  • Billing or invoicing
  • Previous experience in a Security Sector

  • To be able to work against deadlines
