Sign up here to see the future!

May 19, 2024 by Alistair Enser

Last week I wrote about why it is so important that organisations invest in people. For whatever technological advances emerge down the line, organisations will always rely on skilled people for their success

However, as I have written before, the smartest organisations not only develop their people’s skills but invest in technology to bring new operational efficiencies and insights to their work. Not in order to replace people, but help them do their job better.

This week, therefore, I want to encourage readers to sign up for our next Innovation and Technology Day, which takes place on 7th July 2022 at the Museum of London, EC2.

On the back of a highly successful meeting in March, we are bringing together a specially chosen group of technology partners to London, to look at how security platforms are evolving to match the challenges of today and discuss how to unlock the potential the technology brings.

The meeting provides a unique opportunity to learn more about the ‘art of the possible’, while just as importantly, I want it to provide delegates with the opportunity to share their real-world feedback and requirements directly to the leading contributors of the industry.

That’s because these events are designed not just to educate – although learning is at their core – but to provide a forum where end users, consultants, manufacturers and integrators can share ideas, requirements and opportunities to drive innovation and benefits for the future.

Subjects as diverse as digital transformation, artificial intelligence, management information, cyber security and connected buildings (IOT) will be addressed at the ‘ticket only’ event.

I am pleased to announce an expert line-up on the day including Guy RushworthDaniel Meyrick and Nick Smith from VMS giant Genetec, as well as Dean Coleman from video analytics experts Briefcam and Wayne Davis from the leader in network cameras and IP devices, Axis. They will present a range of topics in dedicated executive briefings, while Reliance High-Tech’s Director of Technology, Andy Schofield will share his expertise in security convergence. For my part, I will show how security platforms can be leveraged to provide additional insight and operational benefits to organisations of all sizes.

Complimenting these keynote speakers will be an all-day exhibit hall where delegates can get hands-on with technology from additional partner companies, who will be showing how their solutions work alongside each other to present the ideal security solution. Lunch, coffee and other refreshments will be provided and attendees will also have the opportunity to network with the guest experts and peers.

Delegate numbers for this event will be strictly limited and entrance will be by pre-registered ticket only. If you would like to attend this, or a future event, or require further details of the full agenda and speaker list, please register your interest at info@reliancehightech.co.uk.

I very much look forward to seeing you on the day!
