We are looking for a passionate, driven, and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team and help us expand our footprint across key sectors such as healthcare, local authorities, housing associations, utilities, and beyond.

Your Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their lone worker safety needs and challenges.
- Promote Reliance Protect’s range of solutions, including all lone working devices body-worn cameras, ARC services, and reporting platforms.
- Deliver product demonstrations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, and Support) to ensure successful onboarding and delivery.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Represent Reliance Protect at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
Your Competencies
Proven track record in B2B sales. Ideally within tech, SaaS, security, or health and safety sectors, but not essential. Strong understanding of lone worker risks and duty-of-care compliance in sectors like healthcare, housing, and local government.
Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines and track sales activity.
Your Profile
Lone worker experience is not essential, but you must be enthusiastic, willing to learn and have a positive approach. The role suites someone who is team orientated, self-motivating and success driven.
