Role

We’re seeking a skilled and proactive technical and systems expert to support and enhance our IT operations across the business. This is a hands-on role that spans a wide range of responsibilities — from day-to-day technical support to leading infrastructure projects, including automation and cloud transitions. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining internal efficiency and contributing to high-quality external service delivery.

Your Responsibilities

• Delivering responsive, hands-on IT support to internal users and systems
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure
• Driving automation initiatives to streamline business operations
• Supporting IT compliance and certification efforts (e.g., ISO27001, Cyber Essentials Plus)
• Assisting with data analysis and reporting to generate business insights
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of systems, assets, and credentials
• Leading the transition from legacy infrastructure to modern, cloud-native platforms

Your Competencies

• Proven experience in IT support and infrastructure roles
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Intune
• Experience with virtualisation (Hyper-V)
• Networking knowledge (IP, firewalls, basic architecture)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS
• Clear communication skills and strong documentation ability
