Role: 

As part of the Technology Services Team you will work alongside Sales, System Design, IT, Projects & Service providing the highest level of technical expertise both internally and externally to support the design, costing, specification, build, deployment and support for all levels of security solutions.

Your Responsibilities

To support the sales and design teams with costings, specifications, designs, demo’s, PQQ’s, tender responses.

To support the Projects teams with deployment, commissioning, integration and delivery of all security solutions.

To work with the IT teams to ensure the systems we are designing and deploying are Cybersecure and conform to any required standards.

To support the Servicing teams with preventative maintenance, system patching / upgrades, reactive fault diagnosis and out of hours escalation services as required.

Maintain effective relationships with customers, consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors and be a key technical contact for all parties.

Your competencies

To meet the challenge you need to have extensive knowledge of all electronic security disciplines alongside strong IT skills.

The right candidate will demonstrate a vast and detailed understanding of a range of Access control, CCTV, Intruder, Intercom, UFE (Unified Front End) and Digital ID products as well as a comprehensive range of associated software and contribute with this knowledge and skills to successful delivery of RHT’s projects.

IT Skillsets must include:

Confidence and experience of Operating Systems, Networks, Database technologies.

You will have excellent organisational skills and be a team player, willing to learn and take ownership of issues with attention to detail being at the heart of everything we do. The ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines is a necessity, so prioritising and manging your own workloads is important.
