Reliance High-Tech Engineer Sets Guinness World Record

January 21, 2026

We are proud to announce an incredible achievement by Franky Wooders, Project Engineer at Reliance High-Tech, who has officially earned a Guinness World Record title.

On 27 July 2025, in London, Franky completed the fastest 10 km run carrying a 20 lb pack (male) in an astonishing 43 minutes and 10 seconds. This remarkable feat demonstrates his determination, resilience, and commitment to pushing boundaries.

Franky’s achievement is not just about breaking records—it’s about making a difference. Earlier this year, he completed “Franky’s 10kathon”, running 10 km every day in January while wearing a 22 lb vest to raise awareness for Epilepsy Action. His efforts have already inspired many, and he continues to champion this cause.

Looking ahead, Franky is preparing for the London Marathon 2026 on 26 April, continuing his mission to support those affected by epilepsy.

Let’s join together in congratulating Franky on this extraordinary accomplishment and supporting his ongoing efforts to make a positive impact.
