It covers key technologies such as CCTV, Access Control, Visitor Management, Video Analytics, and other cloud-based solutions, all of which can be mixed, matched, and expanded at any time.

We offer two flexible Reliance Elevate models to suit your needs:
- Standard option – Retain or purchase cameras separately, with Reliance Elevate covering the cloud platform, associated hardware (such as bridges or on-site recorders, where applicable), system upgrades, and ongoing support
- Enhanced option – New cameras are included within your Elevate service package — either to complement your current estate or to support a full system refresh
Naturally, remote firmware and software updates are included as standard. For added peace of mind, selected system hardware — including cameras and bridges where applicable — can be refreshed at suitable intervals as part of your Elevate service. This benefit is available to all clients using Elevate, offering the flexibility to adopt new technologies over time if and when you choose — helping you stay aligned with evolving needs, emerging features, and future system goals.
